Mr. Boersma is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Dutch Bros Coffee. He is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and invested in maintaining the culture he and his late brother, Co-founder Dane, worked hard to nurture. Mr. Boersma believes Dutch Bros is an integral part of each community it calls home and encourages franchisees, operators and baristas alike to be a positive force for good. Caring for people is the keystone of the Dutch Bros model, and collectively, the Company donates several million dollars annually to local and national causes.
Ms. Barone is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Dutch Bros Coffee and has more than a decade of food service and beverage leadership experience. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in February 2023, she served as CEO of True Food Kitchen, a high growth restaurant and lifestyle brand, and in various leadership roles at Starbucks. Earlier in her career, she held positions with Bain & Company and Raymond James. She holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and an MBA from Harvard University.
C. David Cone served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC), a residential homebuilding business and land developer, from October 2012 to December 2021. Prior to that, he held various roles at PetSmart, Inc. from 2003 to 2012, while the company was publicly-listed, most recently as Vice President, Finance Planning and Analysis. Mr. Cone previously served on the board of directors for Urbi Desarrollos Urbanos SAB DE CV. He received a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Mr. Gillett is the Chief Executive Officer at Verily, an Alphabet company founded at the convergence of healthcare, data science and technology. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Chronicle, an Alphabet cybersecurity company that is now part of Google Cloud. He also served as EVP, COO and board member at Symantec, EVP and president of Best Buy Digital and Business Operations, and was part of the founding Starbucks transformation leadership team as chief information officer and general manager of Digital Ventures. Mr. Gillett holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.
Mr. Hart has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SPB Hospitality LLC, a multi-brand restaurant operator, since September 2025, and as Managing Partner of EMERGING Fund, a growth capital fund in the restaurant and entertainment sector, since June 2025. Mr. Hart previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRGB), an American casual dining restaurant chain, from September 2022 to April 2025. Additionally, he served on the Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. board of directors from November 2019 to April 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Hart served as Chief Executive Officer of Torchy’s Tacos, a privately-held fast-casual restaurant chain, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of California Pizza Kitchen Inc. from 2011 to 2018, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Roadhouse Inc. (NASDAQ: TXRH) from 2000 to 2004 and 2004 to 2011, respectively. Mr. Hart has served on the board of directors of Portillo’s Inc. (NASDAQ: PTLO) since 2016.
Ms. Marchisotto currently serves as President of e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF), a purpose-led, results-driven, multi-brand global beauty company, after serving as SVP and Chief Marketing Officer. She previously served as SVP, Marketing for bareMinerals, a brand of Shiseido Company (TYO: 4911), one of the top beauty companies in the world, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, she served as SVP of Marketing, Beauty Prestige Group from 2015 to 2016, and VP of Marketing, Beauty Prestige Group from 2011 to 2015, at Shiseido Americas Corporation. Ms. Marchisotto received a Master of Professional Studies, Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Marketing from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
Mr. Maw serves as the Chairman of the Board of Chipotle Mexican Grill, a global chain of fast-casual restaurants, and as a member of its board of directors. He previously served as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at WestRiver Group, a private equity investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Maw served as EVP and CFO of Starbucks after joining the company as SVP and Corporate Controller. Mr. Maw served as SVP and CFO of SeaBright Holdings, Inc., a specialty workers' compensation insurer, and held various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including CFO of the Consumer Bank. Mr. Maw serves as a director of Alcon Inc. and Avista Corporation, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Gonzaga University. Mr. Maw received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
Ms. Miller currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of NIKE, Inc. (NYSE: NKE), a multinational athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and services corporation. She had previously served for more than 15 years in various other roles at NIKE, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer from November 2016 to February 2022. Ms. Miller is a practicing attorney and a member of the bar in New York, California, District of Columbia, and Oregon.
Mr. Penegor is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Papa John's International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA). Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Wendy's Company (NASDAQ: WEN), an international fast food chain, from May 2016 to February 2024, and prior to that as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2016. He previously served in various roles at Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company) (NYSE: K) from 2000 to 2013, most recently as Vice President of Kellogg Company and President of U.S. Snacks from 2009 to 2013, and at Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) from 1989 to 2000. Mr. Penegor has served on the board of directors of Ball Corporation (NYSE: BALL) since October 2019.
