Mr. Boersma is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Dutch Bros Coffee. He is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and invested in maintaining the culture he and his late brother, Co-founder Dane, worked hard to nurture. Mr. Boersma believes Dutch Bros is an integral part of each community it calls home and encourages franchisees, operators and baristas alike to be a positive force for good. Caring for people is the keystone of the Dutch Bros model, and collectively, the Company donates several million dollars annually to local and national causes.
Ms. Barone is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Dutch Bros Coffee and has more than a decade of food service and beverage leadership experience. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in February 2023, she served as CEO of True Food Kitchen, a high growth restaurant and lifestyle brand, and in various leadership roles at Starbucks. Earlier in her career, she held positions with Bain & Company and Raymond James. She holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and an MBA from Harvard University.
Mr. Cahoe joined Dutch Bros as Chief Development Officer in February 2025. Responsible for overseeing the Company’s new shop growth and development strategy, he brings nearly 25 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry. Prior to joining Dutch Bros, he most recently served as Chief Development Officer for KFC U.S. at Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM). He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville, and an MBA from Bellarmine University.
Mr. Daddario is the Chief Accounting Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee. Before joining the Company, Mr. Daddario served as Chief Accounting Officer of GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE:GDDY), a provider of internet domain registration and web hosting services, from October 2019 to December 2024. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Controller for Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. from March 2019 to October 2019, and served in various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from April 1998 to March 2019, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Site Leader. Prior to that, Mr. Daddario worked as a manager in the assurance practice of Arthur Andersen LLP for approximately six years. Mr. Daddario holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.
Ms. Davila is the Chief Marketing Officer of Dutch Bros Coffee. She brings more than 20 years of experience across CPG, foodservice, and multi-unit retail, leading iconic brands in both corporate and franchise models. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in June 2023, Ms. Davila served as Chief Marketing Officer for CKE Restaurant Holdings, Inc., leading Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s and driving strategic transformation of the company’s restaurant portfolio. She also spent more than eight years at P.F. Chang’s, culminating in her role as Chief Marketing Officer where she led the restaurant, ecommerce, and retail businesses for the brand. Ms. Davila serves on the board of El Pollo Loco and as a Board Advisor to SAMBAZON. She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a BA from Washington University, an MBA from Emory University, and a JD from Seton Hall University.
Mr. Guenser has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries since May 2024, after a transitional period as Incoming Chief Financial Officer from February 2024 to May 2024. Mr. Guenser served as Chief Financial Officer of MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings, LLC, a US-based fast-casual pizza restaurant chain, from March 2020 to January 2024. Prior to that, he served in various roles at Starbucks Corporation (Nasdaq: SBUX), a global coffee chain, from October 2009 to March 2020, most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance - Americas from January 2019 to March 2020, and prior to that, as Vice President, Finance - US Retail from July 2018 to January 2019. Mr. Guenser holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Venki Krishnababu is Chief Technology and Information Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee. He has nearly 30 years of leading transformational, enterprise-shaping tech strategies in the health care and global retail sectors. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in December 2024, Krishnababu served seven years at lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU), most recently as Chief Technology Officer. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Premera Blue Cross and in various tech leadership roles at Nordstrom, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
Mr. Maxwell is the Vice Chair of Dutch Bros Coffee. After starting as an original “broista” in 1992, he began his career at Dutch Bros headquarters in 1999 as vice president of growth and franchise coordinator, envisioning and constructing the organization’s franchise system. Mr. Maxwell dedicated seven years to overseeing the expansion of Dutch Bros, helping take the company from 12 locations to 100. He continued to oversee growth until 2009, when he stepped into the general manager position before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer, which he held until April 2024, where he led the retail team to deliver on strategic growth plans in real estate expansion and overall store performance. Throughout his time with Dutch Bros, Mr. Maxwell has served as a key advisor in strategic cross-functional planning. Prior to joining Dutch Bros, he worked as a financial planner and commodity and stock broker. Mr. Maxwell studied international affairs at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Ms. Somers has served as Chief Shops Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries since January 2026. Before joining the Company, Ms. Somers served as Chief Operations Officer of Cava Group, Inc. (NYSE: CAVA), a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain, from November 2021 to September 2025. Prior to that, she served in various roles at Taco Bell, under Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM), an operator and franchisor of fast-casual and quick-service restaurant chains, from November 2015 to November 2021, most recently as Senior Vice President of US Restaurant Operations from November 2020 to November 2021. Ms. Somers holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
Ms. Tullett is the Chief Legal Officer of Dutch Bros Coffee and has more than 20 years of experience helping diverse organizations manage operational risk and achieve record levels of growth, compliance and profitability. Prior to joining Dutch Bros, she served Papa Murphy’s for more than 20 years in various roles including General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, head of new store Development and Human Resources. Her experience with high growth companies, risk management and franchisee relations align with the next stage of Dutch Bros’ development. Ms. Tullett is a graduate of Lewis & Clark, Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon.
