Travis Boersma

Mr. Boersma is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Dutch Bros Coffee. He is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and invested in maintaining the culture he and his late brother, Co-founder Dane, worked hard to nurture. Mr. Boersma believes Dutch Bros is an integral part of each community it calls home and encourages franchisees, operators and baristas alike to be a positive force for good. Caring for people is the keystone of the Dutch Bros model, and collectively, the Company donates several million dollars annually to local and national causes.

Joth Ricci

Mr. Ricci is the President and CEO of Dutch Bros Coffee. Prior to joining Dutch Bros in January of 2019, he served as President and CEO of Adelsheim Vineyard, President of Stumptown Coffee Roasters, and CEO of Jones Soda Co. In addition to his leadership in the beverage industry, Mr. Ricci serves on the Oregon Governor’s Racial Justice Council, sits on the board of the Oregon Business Council, and co-founded TASTE for Equity. He is dedicated to mentoring, coaching and advising boards, organizations and individuals around key strategic initiatives to ensure strong economic growth throughout the region and equitable opportunities for all. Mr. Ricci earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Oregon State University.

Shelley Broader

Ms. Broader has extensive experience as a CEO, general manager, and corporate director, and is widely recognized for global leadership, strategy, execution, and management of iconic retail brands. She served as CEO and President of Chico’s FAS, Inc. and in various executive roles at Walmart Inc., including President and CEO of the Walmart Europe, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa region. Ms. Broader previously served on the board of directors of Chico’s FAS, Inc. from December 2015 to April 2019 and Raymond James Financial, Inc. from February 2008 to February 2020. She is a member of the board of directors of the Moffitt Cancer Center’s National Board of Advisors. Ms. Broader holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University.

Thomas Davis

Mr. Davis oversees Brown Brothers Harriman’s New York, Latin America and Chicago Private Banking offices. He is primarily responsible for leading a team that provides debt and equity capital to founder-owned businesses as well as investment management and family office services to large family groups, endowments and foundations. Mr. Davis is a member of the Private Banking Oversight Committee and the Private Banking Investment Oversight Committee. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Investment Management division. Mr. Davis started his career as a grade school teacher in Quito, Ecuador, and Shenzhen, China, and later worked as a consultant advising local entrepreneurs and business owners. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Chuck Esserman

Mr. Esserman has over 30 years of private equity investment experience and co-founded TSG Consumer Partners, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee. Prior to TSG Consumer Partners, he was with Bain & Company. Mr. Esserman holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science engineering, with top honors, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Kathryn George

Ms. George is a Partner at Brown Brothers Harriman where she is on the senior leadership team for the Private Banking business, including the Center for Family Business. Over her 35-year career at BBH, she has served as Chief Administrative Officer with oversight of Legal, Risk, Compliance and HR, as Head of Sales, Research and Trading, and as Head of Commodity Trade Finance. Ms. George serves on the Board of Haven Behavioral Health and Trinity College where she chairs the Audit Committee. She also Chairs the Board of the Gillen Brewer School. A phi beta kappa graduate of Trinity College, Ms. George resides in NYC with her husband and three children.

Stephen Gillett

Mr. Gillett is the Chief Executive Officer at Verily, an Alphabet company founded at the convergence of healthcare, data science and technology. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Chronicle, an Alphabet cybersecurity company that is now part of Google Cloud. He also served as EVP, COO and board member at Symantec, EVP and president of Best Buy Digital and Business Operations, and was part of the founding Starbucks transformation leadership team as chief information officer and general manager of Digital Ventures. Mr. Gillett holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.

Blythe Jack

Ms. Jack has over 20 years of private equity investment experience having been at TSG Consumer Partners for 10 years, where she is a Managing Director and serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TSG Consumer Partners in 2011, Ms. Jack was a Managing Director at Rosewood Capital, where she sourced and led investments in multiple high growth consumer and retail brands. She began her career in the consumer investment banking group at Montgomery Securities. Ms. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Vanderbilt University.

Ann Miller

Ms. Miller currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of NIKE, Inc. (NYSE: NKE), a multinational athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and services corporation. She had previously served for more than 15 years in various other roles at NIKE, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer from November 2016 to February 2022. Ms. Miller is a practicing attorney and a member of the bar in New York, California, District of Columbia, and Oregon.
